Eiche ---> Quercus ×benderi ?

Hallo,

diese Eiche habe ich an der Universität Bremen fotografiert. Ich versuche sie mit der Fitschen Gehölzflora zu bestimmen und komme nicht weiter.
Für Quercus rubra scheinen die Blattbuchten zu groß zu sein, für Qu. palustris die Frucht. Im Rothmaler wird noch der Bastard aus beiden, Qu. x richterii angegeben. Ist es möglich, dass es sich um eben diesen handelt ?

the lobes are indeed (to) deep IF the leaves are all of this shape
and the leaf surface is somewhat to shiny

also deeply lobed to be Quercus ×richteri

perhaps this is Quercus ×benderi (Quercus coccinea × Quercus rubra)

Thank you for the detailed answer! The identification of this oak seems to be quite challenging. I will look out for other oaks next year and try to pay attention to the bark, the lower surfaces of the leaves and to their colours during autumn.
